it appears I have gotten an acquired taste of music, a tumblr, dyed my hair, and too many CDs

I'm 17 now, my new art style looks way more Zimlike, I changed my color motif from green to purple, and I am now obsessed with the bands System of a Down (known songs incl. Toxicity, Chop Suey, Chic n Stu, Sugar), Mindless Self Indulgence (known songs incl. Shut Me Up, Never Wanted To Dance, Bitches), and My Chemical Romance (known songs incl. Helena, Welcome to the Black Parade, I'm Not Okay)

I've not really been in the newgrounds scene much often as I've been focusing on my music obsession, but it's still there, Eddsworld posters cover my room, sometimes I see OneyPlays on my youtube recommendations, and every so often I get reminded of Zone

I've been on here since 2019, it doesn't feel that long, but it's 2023 now, I'm gonna be turning 18, I don't draw as much but when I do, it's on my twitter or tumblr.

I've had some drama, some stuff involving a celebrity that I wish could be water under the bridge, needless to say, Tiktok and Tumblr have probably the most cruel people ever.

If I graduate I might just return to Newgrounds and maybe begin progress on something that's being conceptualized for a long time.

Until then, I'm just gonna return to the void of Twitter and Tumblr

on one side we have some really good nickelodeon cartoons (Spongebob, Danny Phantom, El Tigre, My Life As A Teenage Robot, Avatar)

on the other side, we have the works of cartoonist Jhonen Vasquez (known for Johnny the Homicidal Maniac)

and in the center of it all, Invader Zim, the nickelodeon cartoon Jhonen created.

i might be active on newgrounds, just favoriting some IZ and JTHM stuff for now if I find any
